Buckinghamshire Tours
Buckinghamshire is home to centuries of dark history, strange legends and tales of the unexplained, and our tours take you into the heart of some of its most historic towns.
Each tour is personally researched, written and presented by paranormal investigator and local historian Ashley Darkwood, whose work has featured on television and radio, including Discovery's Expedition X, The UnXplained with William Shatner and BBC's Uncanny. Drawing on historical research, contemporary accounts and years of paranormal investigation, the tours explore the real stories behind the legends, separating documented history from folklore wherever possible.
Easily reached from London Marylebone by Chiltern Railways, and within a short drive of Oxford, our tour locations are ideal for an afternoon or evening out. Explore the historic streets, enjoy one of the many traditional pubs, bars and restaurants, then join us as darkness falls to discover the stories hidden behind the places around you.
Choose from our ghost walks and dark history tours below to find the experience that suits you.
Private tours are also available for groups, societies and special occasions. Please contact us for further information.
